We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 8–18 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Tracking Information

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned or lost, we are not responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tour & Goal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders (including Canada) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
